New: TeleVisits

 
As part of our effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we have started TeleVisits at SouthernMED Counseling! The easiest way to access this is through our patient portal app, Healow. TeleVisits can also be conducted via a desktop or laptop computer through the patient portal.
 
Click here to see the directions for downloading the app. We are asking our clients interested in this option to go ahead and download this app so that you will be ready should you need a TeleVisit appointment.
 
If you haven't signed into our patient portal before and you need assistance setting up your portal account, please send an email to: patientportal@southernmedpeds.com and include the following information in your email:
 
Client's name(s) – if requesting for a child, please list their information
Client’s DOB(s)
The requester's name and relationship to the client (self, parent, guardian, etc.)
The email address that you want to use to log in
 
*Eligibility to participate in TeleVisits is dependent on your behavioral health benefits.
